My name is Tomáš Pelikán and I'm an 23 years old medicine student from Prague. I really enjoy science which is one of the the main reasons why I'm studying medical school in Prague and working in a lab.

I also love sports (running, hiking, bike riding, tennis and much more) and all kinds of adventures and challenges. I believe that experience doesn't have to be good but is has to be intense!

And I would say that I'm an easy going, friendly person. I don't like to plan much, I like to seize the opportunities when they appear.

And the most important thing! I live by the saying that the most important thing in life is to enjoy it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing because one day I decided, that I want to see the world and I want to meet new people and get to know other cultures.

Basically I was just tired of doing every day the same routine and not getting to know anything new.

And for me as a student, low budget travelling is the way to get out of that routine and explore the world.

Also I know some stuff in the field of molecular biology, chemistry, medicine, cancer science and others. But I guess that's not that attractive :D
