I love traveling, seeing the world and meeting new people. I graduated from Mount Allison University with a B.A. in International Relations and a double minor in Geography & the Environment and in Political Science so I can hopefully (eventually) get into Humanitarian work. My dream job is with Doctors Without Borders.
I'm quite quirky, very random and always up for an adventure. I've gone sky diving and run 2 half marathons. I've done Tough Mudder and the CN Tower Edge Walk. I backpacked Europe for 3 months and have driven across Canada multiple times. If you're crazy and like taking risks, we'd be great friends. I believe in taking risks. I love classical rock, especially Fleetwood Mac, Foreigner, and Journey. I also love country music, especially Paul Brandt. I grew up listening to a variety of music so I love most of it.
I love all books and will read anything I can get my hands on. I really love classics though, East of Eden and Gone with the Wind are two of my favourite books. I have a soft spot for Fantasy and Science Fiction but mysteries and biographies are really awesome as well. Some really great books I read recently; Hope in Hell (Dan Bortolotti), The Power of the Sword (Wilbur Smith) and Compulsion (Shaun Hutson).
My interest in movies is pretty similar to my interest in books - I will watch almost anything. I really like thrillers though and I find Horror movies horribly entertaining. My favourite movie series is the original Star Wars trilogy and I'm really into Game of Thrones for tv.
