To see as much of the world as possible in between college and getting a job

ABOUT ME

I am graduating college in May 2009 and plan on working all summer waitressing to save money. I would like to travel for at least 3 months before getting a "real job."

PHILOSOPHY

Everything happens for a reason.

I have traveled to a lot of foreign places, and the more I travel, the more I understand just how big out world is and how much I still have to see and learn. Most of the leaning that I have done has been through the people I have encountered. I look forward to doing even more learning though the people of the communities I hope to visit.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I got to dance with millions of people in the streets in Brazil at the biggest party in the world (Carnival Feb 2007)

I thought for sure I’d never leave South Africa alive after sky diving with the worlds biggest stoner and shark diving with great whites.

I’ve surfed in Mauritius.

I’ve spent the day falling in love with the Taj Mahal in India. I’ve seen the most beautiful sunrise of my life over the Ganges River (arguably one of the dirtiest places on earth).

I’ve climbed the Great Wall even though it almost killed me.

I’ve explored Japan with a severe kidney infection and thought for sure that I was going to die.

Once I get my mind set on something I have to do it. This is why I now have my pilots’ license.

I'm always ready to plan my next adventure...
