CURRENT MISSION To have as many new experiences as I can possibly fit into 2019! :) ABOUT ME I moved to South Florida around 15 years ago. Thought I would only be here for a short time but absolutely fell in love with this place. I've been so fortunate to make some terrific friends that share similar interests. I'm involved with a tennis club, running club and enjoy hosting a community cookout monthly here at my home. PHILOSOPHY Don't compare your life with others. You have no idea what their journey is all about. Live and be happy!

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING I try to make myself available to host at least once a month. I am planning on attending some of the local social events to meet some of the other hosts in the area. So far it has been a wonderful experience and I look forward to meeting some new friends. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE I have always enjoyed meeting new people and visiting new places. CouchSurfing is the answer to both of my pleasures in life. :o)
One Amazing Thing I've Done
Spending two months traveling both islands of New Zealand...
Teach, Learn, Share
What kinds of skills or information could you share with someone? What would you like to learn? I currently work with people that are struggling with diabetes, heart disease, and obesity. I teach them how to use food and lifestyle to reverse their disease and have a vibrant life. I love to cook and share a healthy meal that I promise will knock your socks off.
What I Can Share With Hosts
As I pointed out I love to cook. Any chance I get where I can sit down with a new or old friend and share a home cooked meal is my most perfect day. This current road trip that I am on I brought a lot of my "cooking gear" with me. So I am ready to cook just about anything. :)
My Interests
tennis, biking, yoga, beach, great food, conversation and COFFEE!
