About Me
Hi :)
I'm from Australia, but I'm taking the opportunity to take some time off a career-job to travel, learn German and live a little bit of life. I'd like to live and work in Germany for a few years after I get to B2 level German. I was in Dusseldorf for 2 months, traveled for two months in Europe and am now currently in Munich until the end of April. I'm planning to go to Berlin for 2 months in May-June and then who knows!
I am looking to stay somewhere from 10-16 April in Munich, and then from the end of April for 1-2 months in Berlin before I find some longer term accommodation there.
Please feel free to contact me if either of these fit in with you - I can help with your English - maybe you can help with my German :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I hosted a room on Air BnB in Australia and really enjoyed the opportunity to meet like minded travelers. I am keen on trying this platform firstly to stay - and then maybe to host if I eventually organise a place I can share too.
My plan is to stay in different German cities while trying to learn German in schools. I appreciate the the opportunity to stay with locals - or people who know some of the better sights to see in their town. I also enjoy meeting new people are learning a little from them. Hopefully I can share my experience with you too.
