I'm currently living in Montreal, studying mathematics and sociology at McGill University. I've been off Couchsurfing for a while, so I'm excited to get back into the community!

I'm passionate about music of all kinds, and play drums in a band. I also consider myself a photographer, but a very amateur one at that. Lately, I've gotten really into rock climbing, and unfortunately my knees are already messed up.

My favourite thing to do is learn new things, whether they be important issues that affect everybody, or things that may seem to be completely useless. For example, I could have a lengthy discussion about our society's drug policies, and the effects they have on crime, addiction, and well-being, OR I could show you what I think is a pretty beautiful calculus proof.

I want to experience the places I'm visiting through the eyes of the locals, but mostly I love meeting awesome people from all around the world!

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I could talk about music for hours and I probably like some of the same stuff as you. From metal, rap, classical, jazz, rock, pop, indie, alternative, electronic, noise, I'm really into it all. I love showing people new music and being shown music myself.

I love reading many genres, but my favourites are non-fiction, particularly social science and math. I'm also a huge fan of Harry Potter, of course.

I travel with drumsticks and a practice pad, so I could teach you some basic rudiments and technique if that interests you. I'd also LOVE to instill some love of mathematics into you, as I know everyone is capable of enjoying the beauty of math!

I'm also interested in hearing new ideas and everybody's perspective, so if you have something interesting or different to tell me about, do it!

As I mentioned, I enjoy sharing music, and I would love to expose you to something new that you really enjoy.
