I tend to work seasonal jobs as a kayaking and camping guide. In the few months between seasons I like to travel as much as I can. I am mainly drawn to places with outdoor activities like camping, trekking, kayaking, fishing, surfing, scuba diving/snorkeling or anywhere renowned for its natural or cultural beauty! My two great loves in life are futbol (soccer) and the ocean. I tend to be pretty mellow and easy going but I certainly do love to go out for a beer or two!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am couch surfing so I can meet local people and get a better understanding of the local areas and cultures. One of my favorite parts of traveling is getting to know the local culture, history, food, politics, etc. I believe couch surfing is a much better way toreceive this experience than staying at a hostel!
