Overview
About Me
Hullo! :)
My name is Lili, and my favourite passtime activity is staring at buildings, picking my favourite balcony and imagining how the owners live. Although Im fortunate enough to live in the breathtaking city of Budapest and to spend a semester studying in Lisbon, Im always buzzing with excitement to pursue this hobby in a different setting so I travel and explore as much as I can to learn more about myself and others, and nonetheless my favourite planet of the entire universe (so far)! Im working on finding the roles that fit me the most in this life (child, friend, loving human, helper, actress, businesswoman, adventurer? all of the above, if I may say so!:) and developing every day. Im also keen on exchanging ideas and talking about all the things in life, over a bowl of something delicious if possible! Are you in? :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
My goal is to experience the world on a deeper level and to catch sight of the most beautiful places on the surface of our planet and in my soul as well. I genuinely believe that joining the locals, talking to them, eating what they eat, travelling the way they do is the best way to collect unforgettable memories and to understand the culture and the traditions. I hope that here I'll meet new friends who share my core values and weird humour! Adventure awaits!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Started traveling and meeting new cultures while representing my own, that has been one of the best decisions Ive ever made.
Travelled through Canada with my Mommabear.
Chose quantumphysical thought experiment as a Halloween costume. (Sinve then I havent dressed up for carnival because Im too pressured to come up with something better.)
Participated in writing and directing a play, and performed it in a real theatre.
Passed an exam with making puns only.
Started educating myself on environment protection. This doesnt make me amazing but high hopes it will make our planet even more mesmerizing.
What I Can Share with Hosts
My passion, my stories, deep talks in the middle of the night, adventures I have during the journey, experiences and lessons I have learnt, weirdly amazing puns, and probably my bottle of wine too! :) I am eager to practice the foreign languages I speak and as a Budapest tour guide you can expect me to share random informations about my country and the nicest secret places to visit 24/7. If you do not happen to be interested in my obnoxiously detailed reports on Neobaroque ornamentation, I know show off some bits and bobs of the Hungarian cuisine and can help you with some exquisite advice on places worth visiting in my countries and activities the average tourist usually doesnt participate in.
Other than the cultural exchange side, as a strong independent woman I wash my own dishes and dont throw around my dirty socks like confetti, and I am open to share my skills and ideas to make our short-term coexistance a nice, longlasting memory!
