ABOUT ME

I study architecture in my native city of Saint-Etienne, France. I actually started studying architecture in 2007 but stopped it after 2 years because of the teeching which forgot some things, (like materials contact, for example) and didn't pleased me at the time. So I made a five years break (!) to study cabinet makery (wood working to make furnitures), and then art for 2 years in the artschool of Strasbourg.
So I'm very curious and broad-minded. What interests me in architecture is that it is a very complete activity where you need to know a lot of things about very different subjects. I always want learn something new, and that was the reason of my break. I also like architecture, because it is a way to find and purpose solutions for a better society, and I like that. It is actually quite a bit like CS, which is a solution for a better society! ;)

Also, I just grew up in my small city, lost in the France's deepness, and I'm all the more open-minded!
I must know what is there around!!!

PHILOSOPHY

I take the best even in the worst
As long as there's life there is love
no problems, just solutions,

So many ways to tell that I prefer a half-full glass as a half-empty!

Some of my favourites directors are Miyazaki Hayao, Jacques Tati, Ken Loach, Elia Suleiman, Lars von Trier, Alain Chabat...

I don't read much, but I should do it, I'm sure I'd like!

It's the same for music. No borderlines, but one: no violent and no commercial music.
So, in bulk, some artists who give me great feelings: Manu Chao, Burning Spear, Bob Marley, Groundation, Sinéad O'Connor, IAM, MAP, Keny Arkana, Zebda, Noir Désir, The Clash, Jimi Hendrix, Cat Stevens, The Doors, Led Zep, -M-, H.F.Thiéfaine, MC Solaar, The Police, Sting, Dire Straits, Miles Davis, Eric Clapton, Gentleman, The Roots... but also: Bach, Vivaldi, Mozart, Haydn, Beethoven, Schubert, Schumann, Chopin, Ravel, Britten, Poulenc...
