I'm a textile engineer. I like books, art, fashion, food, coffee, beer.
I'm happy, cheerful and positive person and I laugh a lot. When travelling I like to visit museums and galleries, walk around the city, and hang out with people. (although I don't mind crazy partying, I just prefer cultural stuff more)

Couchsurfing offers opportunity to visit places, meet new people and get inside information about discovering the city.

Unfortunately, I can't accept guest at the moment, and I hope that I can change it in the near future, and I will open my doors to visitors, listen to their stories and be "inside source" about good local things :)

Intereses

I'm passionate reader, and part of few different fandoms (Harry Potter, Doctor Who, Firefly and SF literature) interested in art and design. I appreciate DIY crafts, and I'm really good at sewing and pattern making, and have some experience with decoupage and painting on glass. I enjoy cycling, ice-skating and roller-skating.
As huge SF fan I visit some conventions in Croatia and organize part of programme at SFeraKon (SF/F workshops for kids) and some other local conventions

Almost all books (I've read) are my favourite books. I like watching movies, but in that case I require a big bowl of popcorns. I like watching inspiring movies based on a true stories, and very good produced movies (for example Prestige, Django unchained, Life Is Beautiful, Kingsman, The Book Thief,.. )My favourite film ever is Jodorowsky's Dune

Algo increíble que he hecho

When I was teenager, I wanted to go to SF convention, but my mother said no (because reasons). The convention every year has this big art and literary competition for children so I applied, because if you win, you need to go to convention and accept the prize. So I wrote short story, and won second place. Next year I tried again, and won first place :D

Enseña, aprende, comparte

Teach: I'm not good teacher, I can show some things but when I need to explain it becomes complicated. But I'm good with fun stuff, like workshops for kids with a lot of painting and paper and glue and sparkles :D

Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones

I can show some sewing basics or make small clothes repairs, prepare some Russian or Croatian cuisine, make popcorns, exchange book lists, and have some fun time.
I have some cool stories about Croatia, SF conventions, and student exchange programme.
We can share beer. I like to bring beer and talk, and talk a lot.
