Hi! I am Vania (29 y/o from Chile). I worked as a lawyer but decided to quit my job and pursue my passion in food. I traveled for some months through south america and finally decided to move to the Netherlands and start a Master in food science. I just moved to Italy for a job that combines law and food :) I am also a Holistic Health Coach, and love wellness.
