About Me
Hi Folks,
I am situated in Tuam, Galway. About Irish, we all aren't constantly drunk, we do not talk at all like the movies depict us to and yes...we are all afraid of the dreaded wooden spoon! I like karaoke, Latino dancing such as Salsa and Bachata, ballroom dancing like Waltz and Cha Cha Cha, watching movies, listening to music all day long including at work :), leisure walks, shopping and being a bathroom singer. I also enjoy driving, trekking and traveling to different countries around the world :))) I like to say I'm the Jack of all trades but a master of none. Cooking is my passion and I like to experiment my freetime in the kitchen trying out either vegetarian or non-vegetarian dishes every fortnight. I am fully vaccinated.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Having traveled the world for over 15 years, I met many people abroad who took their invaluable time to show me around their cities. In turn, I invited my foreign friends to visit Ireland and hosted them at my home. These memorable hosting experiences led me to Couchsurfing with the objective of meeting like minded travelers here and sharing stories about their travels. I've been out of the travel loop for sometime and thought Couchsurfing would be a cool way to jump back in. I enjoy singing and hope to bring out those melodious voices from my fellow surfers after a glass of wine or a pint of beer. I'll fill in the rest of the blanks after cooking you a dinner :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Tasting three new Irish whiskeys for the first time and buying all three bottles much to the surprise of the bartender! Sipping on a cocktail at the Caribbean Islands while standing in the clear blue waters of the sea on a full moon night. Dancing for 7 continuous nights in Lithuania. Throwing house parties when my parents were living abroad and DJing the night away till 4 am in the morning.
Teach, Learn, Share
I enjoy Latino dancing like Salsa and Bachata and can teach you a couple of dances sequences in an hour's time. I can also teach the basics of Rock n Roll dancing. I have traveled across 25 countries around the world and have many stories to share about my travel experiences.
What I Can Share with Hosts
An opportunity to show you around my Irish city as we have both a 14th century Anglican church and a 18th century Catholic church, an amazing open park with scented fresh air and lovely bright greenery, cozy cafes and many local Irish pubs and bars. I can share my cooking skills and cook for you a variety of dishes to prepare for both lunch and dinner. I like to bake chocolate moist devil cake (hahaha.. it is not an evil cake) and Italian vegetarian pizzas. I also cook Chicken spring rolls will my special magic sauce, shrimp curry, saffron lamb rice and rolled egg omelets.
