These are us, Veronica and Davide, two nomad souls who met on a warm summer evening, in a bar, under the Alhambra in Granada.
No, it was not just a bar, it was one of those traditional places, of those that we like, of those with hanging hams, wine and a lot of good mood ... and yes, our souls had, for some time, already given appointment.
The meeting, the lightness of the evening, the laughter and then our return to normal lives.
And yes, I am Lombarda and he Veneto.
Of that evening, there remained only a picture, a simple photo, a memory that rips a smile of a summer that by now will not come back.
But the more I looked at it, the more I understood its magnetic strength.
Too strong was our desire to know each other and the dream of believing in it. Destiny had given us an opportunity.
Constancy and an appointment, Budapest. A magical city, where our eyes had finally met again.
The cold, the wind and the snow had never been so hot.
From there the beginning of our history, a thousand miles, a thousand bla bla car taken and a thousand hugs that knew, every time, goodbye.
The world, our home, the journey, our sickness.
Our pill, the adventure and the search for cultures and traditions and ... we love that village that, far and hidden, contains the essence of the history of the place.
