About Me

I am an easygoing person who loves traveling and having fun. I love doing unplanned things. I try to travel as much as I can as.

I left my country and started a world trip. Started in Austria, spend a year in the USA, and currently chilling by Lake Atitlan in Guatemala. I am planning on visiting Mexico and then moving more south and dreaming about coming back to Europe through Asia.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love meeting new people and listening to their adventures and things they have done. It is so touching to see how people live in Sri Lanka outside from the touristic centers. What does mean living in a ghetto in Budapest, how great life can be in Copenhagen or how it is to be a Syrian refugee in Europe.

And I cannot forget about hosting people. How they are exploring your town and surroundings. It always makes you feel special about the place you live in.

Music, Movies, and Books

First of all. I must admit I am not a book person. I didnt read many books in my life and it gets even worse every year. I like Harry Potter!

Favourite music is also hard to describe. I like pop, jazz, rock, funky, country. Cannot really tell. I fell in love with Three Days Grace and Bruno Mars. But I love also classics as Queen, Pink Floyd or Ray Charles.

Movies can be summed up to the Marvel and DC Comics movies and documentary movies. I enjoyed a lot a movie Life of Pi (2012).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Just one?
Venice - Paddleboarding in Venice canals was truly amazing. Seeing the town from another perspective.

Copenhagen - Bike trip around the town with a couchsurfer Paula and following day Tivoli Amusing Park with couchsurfer Richard. Loved that!

Sri Lanka - Enjoying Sri Lanka through couchsurfing was the best thing I´ve done in a long time. Getting to know people outside from the touristic centers was really great. I love them
