Je m'appelle Victoire, j'ai 20 ans et suis étudiante en cinéma à Bruxelles ! J'aime rire, rencontrer de nouvelles personnes, découvrir et apprendre !

My name is Victoire, I am 20 and i'm studying cinema in Bruxelles ! I like to laugh, meet new people, discover and learn !

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My sister used to host a lot of couchsurfers, she was (nearly) so happy everytime : I think it is a wonderful and very positive idea.

Interests

I watch a lot of movies, I love that, it's why i'm studying cinema !
I often listen music : i'm a violinist for 12 years, but music i love above all is Pop-Rock !
The Beatles, Pink Floyd, The Who, The Rolling Stones... I can listen them aaaaall the time !!!

And I love to travel, of course !
I think that meeting new people/cultures is my way to grow up.

Music, Movies, and Books

I don't really like to pick some favorites things...
But there are few movies I can enjoyed anytime : Barry Lyndon, The Deer Hunter, Close Encounters of the 3rd King, Les 400 coups & One upon a time in the West.

Oh, and yes, I am totally fanatic of Harry Potter. Any form. Really. So excited.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I often travel in South Morocco. In a little village, in the rock desert. Then, you can climb the mountain : you feel like on the top of the world. Day or night, the sky is sooo huge, it really makes you relativize. You can yell, you can run, you can do whatever you want, nobody's care, it is FREEDOM.

This summer, I spent two months in America. I traveled alone, friends of mine welcomed me in Washington. I visited NYC during a week : one day, I woke up at four to see the sunrise on Manhattan from the Brooklyn Bridge. The evening, I was back home after a long walk in Times Square. Alone, on the rooftop, I was listening Neil Young, drinking a tea, looking all the stars...
Then, I thought : "I am 20, in New York. I feel like I can do anything right now!"
It was like a dream !
