I would like to become totally self sufficient: Currently I prepare my own: cheese, revitalized milk (I have not cows...by the moment), mushrooms(hericium erinaceus, cordyceps, reishi,...), herbs, plants, homemade (I learning about fermentation):beer, cider, wine, vinager, chucrut, tempeh,...; ormus, seawater salt,...even homemade coke!!
