About Me

By profession, I am a software developer with a strong emphasis on creating products that are human-friendly and provide the best user experience.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time outside and doing all kind of sports: hiking in the Alps, snowboarding, climbing, mountain biking and so on.
Also, I am always happy to have a chat over beer or coffee!

Obviously, traveling is a huge part of my life :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm always curious to learn what drives and motivates other people in their lives. On Couchsurfing, I've met so many lovely people I am now good friends with so I want to continue this positive experience!

Interests

My passions are people (psychology), sport, and good music :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: Kasabian, Franz Ferdinand, The Wombats, Arctic Monkeys ... you get the idea :)

I enjoy lots of different genres, authors, and directors but for me "Match Point" by Woody Allen and "Oblomov" by Goncharov are truly special.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I managed to reboot my life completely in the short period of time and started to do things I always dreamed about instead of things 'I should do'.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am always eager to share experiences, learn from people and make a positive impact on their lives if I can :)

I can show you beautiful Munich and share my favorite places and activities in the city.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Ever wondered how are people living in Kazakhstan? How is the life in Moscow? What is the difference between living in post-Soviet Union countries and Europe? I can tell you a lot about it. Also, teach you some Russian if you want and share my numerous travel stories, dreams, and insights.

But most importantly I would be grateful to hear stories from you :)
