About Me
Hey everyone!
I’m Vladislav — a friendly, easy-going guy from Kyiv. I grew up in a big city, but only recently started discovering more of Ukraine. After 2023 I finally visited Uzhhorod, Odesa, Chernihiv and a couple more places — and now I’m addicted to travelling.
People usually say I’m kind, open-minded and fun to be around. I’m not complicated: I enjoy good conversations, long walks, and I can cook a pretty solid meal (especially meat — that’s my superpower)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I truly believe that real travelling isn’t about hotels or perfect pictures — it’s about people.
I want to meet locals, learn how life actually feels in their city, and share something from my culture too.
In Ukraine, the difference between cities and villages is huge — two different worlds. I’m always curious to see how things look in other countries.
Interests
I work in finance, but don’t worry — I’m not boring, I promise :)
I’m really curious about how people live in different parts of the world. I love walking around the city with locals who can show small hidden gems, tell stories, or just chat about life.

Music, Movies, and Books
Hell yeah
Rock, Rap, Pop, etc
I listen to Rare Americans, Sabaton, Fall Out Boy, The Doors and much more — depends on the mood
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I climbed a 2020-meter mountain and survived to tell the story :)
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach some basics of finance, accounting, board games, and company valuation (if you’re into that nerdy stuff).
I’m also trying to improve my English, so any practice is welcome — be patient, I’m “medium-level but motivated” :)
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can cook really good meat — like, really good.
I can also teach you finance tricks, show you how to speed-run Excel without a mouse, or simply be good company for a walk or a late-evening talk.
I’m clean, respectful, and always grateful for any help — I never take hospitality for granted.
