If you like you can join my hikes, in my region Campania. But you need hiking or trail running shoes.
I will offer you accomodation, good wine ( cause I am a somellier 😀) and food if you like.

I AM A CERTIFIED ENVIRONMENTAL AND HIKING GUIDE AND TOUR LEADER.
I am an humble and friendly person and I can host you in my humble couch/bed for free. As it is per couchsurfing spirit. So my house it is not a bnb or Hotel, we need to collaborate each other to make your stay perfect.

If you have any kind of allergy or health problems let me know please.
