ABOUT ME

I currently live in the Sacred Valley of Peru; spending the summer in the US. I am a transpersonal coach, plant medicine integration guide, yoga and breathwork teacher, and retreat facilitator. I adore meeting locals in the places I travel, hosting when I can, and keeping the CouchSurfing vision alive!

Forgive me if some of my profile is outdated - I will update soon. (Last time I was really active here when back when I lived in Thailand!)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've participated in many of the CS activities such as hikes and gatherings in Prague, I've surfed in Sicily, Span and Berlin, attend the CS meetups in Chiang Mai and have hosted with my flatmates. Couldn't love it more!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Nothing but excellent! CS is a great way to meet people from all over the world, share experiences, make lasting friendships and learn about new places through the eyes of someone who lives there.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I've watched the sunrise over the blue-domed churches in Santorini, Greece, spent a summer teaching English in day camps to Italian children, spent Easter exploring a fortress on the Asian side of Turkey, explored 4 Andalusian cities in 8 days, been forever changed by the things I've learned and people I've met in 2 years living in the Czech Republic, and now settled into a new life living in Chiang Mai, Thailand. I can't wait to see what happens next.

I am currently learning (self-teaching) Italian and trying to learn some Thai, if anyone is up for a language exchange!
Also learning guitar at the moment.... I'm very interested in yoga and nutrition/alternative health therapies, would love to chat with people about that, maybe teach each other some things!
