CURRENT MISSION
Discover the humanness and heart of people all over the world
ABOUT ME
Partners travelling the world together - We are passionate explorers of landscapes both external and internal - riding in trains through Indian countrysides, eating a whole lot of delicious food, meeting interesting characters and taking every opportunity to expand and grow and evolve and find those beautiful edges of ourselves that surprise and delight and astound us at every turn.
Intereses
We both like to spend as much time in the wilderness/woods as we can. Backpack, hike, meditate, frolic in the forest, rock hop, and river adventures! Go to live music, play cards at dinner, and make each other nutella & peanut butter sandwiches.
Alicia is not very good at sleeping late or cutting in a straight line. But, she is really good at regularly feeding her dog (who is back at home :(...), being in the woods, cooking, laughing loudly and often, and making mistakes. She regularly marvels at the human body and the breadth of its inherent healing capacity, as well as the fantastic beings that inhabit those bodies. She makes it a practice to let life humble her as often as possible, and to remember to have a sense of humor about it all.
Whitney loves to sing, play ukulele, banjo, and piano (which doesn't travel well). She also enjoys writing music and playing with other people! Especially folky soul stuff. She has done alot of work in organic farming (wwoofing & permaculture) and extended living on various farms in Northern California. She currently teaches science & ecology in woods to kids ages 7-17, encouraging the exploration of both the wilderness within and outside of self.

Algo increíble que he hecho
Experiencing the impermanence of life in Varanasi watching the pyres. Whoa.
Climbing through canyons filled with water to find pictographs depicting deer, birds, and people near water just on the side of a canyon wall. We were in the middle of nowhere.
