I'm Basti. I like music. Courtney Barnett and Kurt Vile are singing in the background at the moment. I like film and literature. I was working as a writer and studying German literature and media science.

I like most of the people I know. And because of this, I hate to say "I". So, now a list:

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

My former flatmate Jasmin has invited many Couchsurfers to our townhouse in Bayreuth a few years ago. The bunch of room-mates loved it to talk about things our couchsurfers experienced.

From 2013 till 2018 I was working and met couchsurfers in Augsburg and on a trip through Poland.

Times changed, I was traveling for almost two years around the world doing my favorite stuff: writing, photographing, meeting people and learning about their lives allover. That's one of the reasons: I never learned more than talking to people that are really living in this place.
