Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Traveled in Syria twice. Lived in Jordan for 7 months exploring Arabic and Muslim culture.

Completed a Vipassana meditation course. It’s a 10 days course without talking or using my phone. We got up 4am in the morning and meditated for 10 hrs per day.

Volunteering as a habit. Volunteered for a theatre for blinds, Plan International, Save the Children, and other NGOs.
Regard volunteering as receiving more than giving. "These ppl help you grow up and see the world. You get much more than you give".
