About Me

Exploring Europe!

I am a pretty private person, but I also like to talk to people and socialize at the same time. Contradiction? Beh, what can I say? I get along with just about anyone, simply because everything is easier and much more enjoyable that way. It takes way too much energy and effort to not enjoy something.

There are so many things to see in this world! Being open is essential to finding new and fun experiences! You don't have to like it, but being open to it is much better and usually much more enjoyable. It sounds terrible to say, but yolo. Really. There are so many things to try...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have only been a surfer thus far, as I have a really small flat and not much ability to put someone up. Hopefully that will change soon!

I know that locals are the most valuable resource in travelling, not to mention that they are usually very friendly! My experiences couchsurfing have validated this. It is seriously the best way to travel! It opens so many doors that add to a wonderful travelling experience. I really do love it.

Traveling, learning languages, Sci-fi stuff, various musical styles, cooking and food in general, and many other things. Ask me what I don't like. That would be easier and faster.

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to A LOT of different music, though mostly centered around metal, rock, and electronica. Though, a good song is a good song, irregardless of genre.

Haven't read too much recently. Studies make that hard! Love suspense/conspiracy novels, as well as some classis French literature. One of my fave book series is the Millenium trilogy by Stieg Larsson.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I walked on the Great wall of China and went to the World Expo in Shanghai 2010

Teach, Learn, Share

Yes, yes, yes. I think some people lose sight of the fact that this is not just a free place to sleep, but it is more of an exchange! Not necessarily a monetary one, but a cultural one! That's not to say that the CS guest can't buy the next round ;)

Countries I’ve Visited

China, France, Germany, United Kingdom

Countries I’ve Lived In

France, United States
