ABOUT ME

Please, don't send your requests weeks in advance. I prefer to host people who are hitchhiking or who didn't plan weeks in advance to come to Brussels. So, use my profile as a last-minute option ::::: After intensive travels of the last three years, I decided to stay for 'at least' one year in Brussels. I want to enjoy the 'four seasons'-weather of Belgium and get depressed of the grey sky again. Really...I missed it. But now again, have the feeling again of being stuck to Belgium... so sooner or later another big trip will follow.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

The hardest thing that I'm missing while travelling is hearing the music I'm used to hear at home and playing guitar. My musical intrest lays somewhere between Nitin Sawhney, David Gray, Ryan Adams, Joseph Arthur, Joao gilberto (bossanova), Neil young, Death cab for Cutie, Goldfrapp, Chocolate Genius, Ben Harper, the Doors, Beatles...
I play guitar: started as a child playing classical guitar, nowadays am playing Tango in an ensemble.
Movies: I don't like horror and most of the comedies...movies...it all depends on my mood.

A 6 month overland trip Belgium-China and back, walked down the Grand Canyon, saw bears at 50 meters in Yosemite NP, shaked hands w Dalai Lama
