ABOUT ME

I'm a Mindfulness teacher, NLP trainer and life/executive coach. Considered fun, easy-going and adventurous, I love learning new things and meeting new people. I left the corporate world a few years back (was in strategic planning and marketing for large finacial services companies), and I've been taking lots of classes on personal development and spirituality.

PHILOSOPHY

There are many paths. It's the journey, not the destination that makes it all worth while.

I stayed with two different hosts in Asia in 2011, and had a wonderful time! I love meeting new people and people who live in the places I visit.
