I'm from Beijing, China, been musician my whole life (went to music school until I finished bachelor’s), then transitioned to becoming humanitarian aid worker by accident in 2020. Currently I have my home base in Berlin, Germany, while working around in different locations for humanitarian projects. (At the moment I am in Bangladesh) Half Korean half Chinese, born and raised in China with my mother's family from North Korea. After pausing my music career in 2020 for some years, I restarted my passion in music again after living in Nigeria in 2025. If you’re interested in my music, you could check out the Instagram page @entedeckt. I am flexitarian, which means I have different diet everyday depends on my mood (basically I eat whatever I feel like to eat 😂). But I’m probably the only Asian you’ve ever know who doesn’t eat rice. (I do eat sushi and rice noodles though) Why? Only because I don’t like the texture that much.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love most kind of music, especially electronic, rock and classical. I am also a DJ playing mainly psychedelic techno and trance with improvised live music. Movie top 10 of all time: 1. Mr. Nobody 2. Victoria (the German one) 3. The Story of Yonosuke 4. Before sunrise/sunset/midnight 5. Lola Rennt 6. About Time 7. Interstellar 8. Seven psychopaths 9. Qu'est-ce qu'on a fait au Bon Dieu? 10. All Harry Potters I read mostly non-fictions. No favorite book yet, trying to discover some more. Trying my best to read some French non-fictions lately but my French is really not there yet.😭
One Amazing Thing I've Done
I went backpacking Thailand with my mum and that’s pretty dope (though we had fight EVERY SINGLE DAY lmao). I started volunteering for festivals since I was 15, by the age of 18 I started traveling solo. Never had a gap year, still in school, and will stay in school for another couple years. I once ate four flight meals on the flight with five glasses of wine. Yum. (I wasn’t even asking the fourth one but they just brought it to me, probably I looked starving 😂).
Teach, Learn, Share
I studied flute for my whole life until I broke my arm during an accident when I was travelling in Malta. Later on, I studied gender studies and humanitarian action, which led me to what I am working today, Currently studying French, hope to reach C1 in 2026. I used to speak some Italian but forgot all of them, and I understand a bit of Arabic! I learned Dutch for a week, it’s probably the easiest language in the world! I'll share you lots of my stories both from my travels and from my life in Beijing and other cities.
What I Can Share With Hosts
Maybe a private flute concert! I could share you my story and listen to yours. Exchanging different cultures and stories is one of the best things in the world!
