* I prefer to host one person at a time.

* Reliability is a big deal to me. I only host people with references, and If we’ve confirmed a stay and I've shared my address, please respect my time and show up when you say you will. If you're running late or your plans shift, a quick message is a must. I'm flexible with changes, but I have zero tolerance for ghosting.

* Please don't send me requests for when we get older, a week before your arrival is better.
Last minute requests/messages are welcome as well :)
