Hi, my name is Yana, and I represent two cultures: Russian and Latvian.
I've spent most of my life in Saint Petersburg and a significant part in Riga.
I can tell you all about the unique characteristics of these peoples, and also share dishes from Slavic cuisine.

I've dedicated my life to self-development—fitness, healthy eating, mindfulness, spiritual growth, meditation, yoga, and psychology. It gave me awareness, answered many questions, and restored some of my abilities — a little.

I love combining business and creativity. And I think I know what I want to pursue in the near future.
