ABOUT ME

My eyes change color with the light. I have a ring in my nose and never wear 2 earrings alike. No tatoos (yet). I love my feet, their flexibility and high arch. My thumbs can bend backwards. I wouldn't dye my hair for anything! I am very tall and smile most of the time.

PHILOSOPHY

Jeez, that's a tough question!!! Why do I live?
Well, I suppose to be faithful to myself, and honest towards others; to inspire the poet and to provoke the prick; to marvel at nature and live according to my principles.
To be curious about everything.
To see the world and feel tiny, yet absolutely part of it.
To remember that sitting on the ground is ok.

As soon as I have a place I can call home, I sure will make my couch available for anyone with good vibes.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I stayed with a guy in La Serena (Chile); one in Dublin (Ireland); a cool student in Chicago, a friendly middle-aged couple in Harrison (Nebraska, USA); a bunch of mates in Billings (Montana, USA): all good experiences.

Interests

Wildlife and environmental conservation, definitely.
Cooking weird vegetarian dishes.
Making friends with stray dogs.
Talking to strangers and plants.
Eating, especially sweet stuff!
Reading (anything good) and watching movies (in those rare moments when I have a TV at my disposition).

Music, Movies, and Books

My musical tastes are as eclectic as possible. The only types I try to avoid are rap and stupid techno.
The Big Lebowski, Black Swan, Sin City! Independent films and anything of that style. I like short films too (Paris, Je t'aime).
Any good book will do the trick, but I am not too much into science fiction.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Been alone on a beach in Costa Rica with my dog and a leatherback turtle, listening to its breath, watching its graceful mass dig a nest into the sand, under the sky full of beauty and shooting stars, feeling I have been thrown back into the time when dinosaurs were still part of this world...

I want to learn about everything!
I can teach any one of the languages I speak; how to cook basically; about monkey behavior and jungle life; travel tips.
I enjoy talking about Religion(s), philosophy, sociology, animals and far away countries.
I like sharing my dreams, the ones I have when I am asleep, as well as all the others.
