ABOUT ME

I am a young history and geography teacher ; and I also work as a reserve police officer in the National Gendarmerie (French police force) during my free time.
I love arts, architecture, movies and literature. I'd like to write novels (I've already written a lot of chapters one !).

Coffee lover !!! I can spend hours a day chilling in a coffee shop, with friends or reading a book.

Unhappily, I still live at my parent's house, so I can't host people. But, as soon as I have my own place, I will sure do it !

Movies : Wes Anderson ; Egdar Wright ; Thomas Vinterberg ; Frances Ha (because Greta Gerwig) ; Lost in Translation ; Matrix.

A few years ago, I would have said that I mainly listen to rock music (The Clash, Green Day, Patti Smith), but my tastes have widened a lot : LP, Lykke Li, Alvvays...

Books and authors :
Rimbaud and Baudelaire's poetry ; Louis-Ferdinand Céline ; Marcel Proust ; Dostoievski (Crime and Punishment, the deepest dive into human soul !) ; Milan Kundera ; John Dos Passos (Manhattan Transfer, an outstanding portrait of New York City) ; Hermann Hesse ; Stefan Zweig... and so many others !

And as I'm an architecture lover : I love Romanesque churches and abbeys, flamboyant gothic buildings, medieval cloisters, Francesco Borromini, Johann Bernhard Fischer von Erlach, Tadao Ando...
