DUDES! COUCHSURFING IS NOT A DATING WEBSITE. IF YOU WANT TO "F*CK" SOMEONE USE ANY OTHER APPS OR F*CK YOURSELF PLEASE. I REALLY FED UP TO EXPLAIN MYSELF BUT I DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR BODY.
I believe the meanings of our name affect our lives. My name is Yaprak and it means ‘leaf’. Maybe thats why I really love anything about nature.
It was always hard for me to define myself but well; I'm a paralian and nemophilist.
• Paralian (pəˈrɑːlɪən/ /pəˈralɪən/)
A person who lives by the sea and lives the sea culture in their character.
• Nemophilist (nɪˈmɒ.fɪ.lɪst/, /nɛˈmɒ.fɪ.lɪst/)
A person who loves or is fond of forests or forest scenery; a haunter of the woods.
I love animals! I grew up with a lot of animals in a large farm. I have a great interest in cows and their secret lives. My favorite birds are kingfisher and raven. I like to collect things about these animals.
Wherever I'm, I really enjoy to spend my time in nature with animals. I will take care of any animal I encounter as long as I have the chance, if it’s a meal or a hug they deserve everything we have to offer as a species. 🏻
My biggest hobby is collect of many many things which are meaningful, beautiful and unique for me. It can be anything someone gave me, or a leaf falling into my hair while sitting in a park. Among the things I especially like to collect are things related to poppy flower and dandelion. Poppy flower and dandelion are my favorite plants. They are wild, totally free and you can not buy them with your money. Possible to collect related things even if we can not take them.
With all these, I always want to immortalize my memories that's why I take photos and collect stuff for so many years more than ten years but I am still not a good photographer, even if I am a good collector. :)
I have a great passion for gastronomy and culinary arts, quality coffee and food history and sociology.
I am big fan of Ahsoka Tano.🧡
✈️ MY UNDERSTANDING OF TRAVEL ✈️
In my high school times, I made my first solo trip to England. 🇬🇧 Spending a month in London at the age of 15 was the best experience that brace me for these days. I can say this is the first turning point in my life.
I lived in Kent for 6 months during my university years and since then I have been trying to travel to other countries and cities whenever possible.
However, Italy was the country that opened a new window into in my life. 🇮🇹 I lived in Roma, Italy for six months and then traveled around the north part of the country when I spent my time there changed my ideas and expectations from life and my goals. My interest in Italian culture and cuisine turned into a greater passion. I once again realized that the best way to learn a culture is to live there as long as possible.
Thats why, when I go to another country, I like to stay and experience there for a long time as much as I can.
I have never been one of those people who competed to see as many countries as possible. 🏼♀️
I prefer to visit cities and countries in detail, get to know their culture in deep way, learn about their history and explore the hidden gems of the country.
• My purpose of using Couchsurfing is to create a lifelong friendship. That’s why I always read every profile carefully before sending requests because I just prefer to meet/stay with people I feel close to me and who have common ground.
• I would like to explore the city with locals. But if you are not available to do something, that’s also no problem.🏻
• I am a people who work while traveling. I have to work sometimes intensively -around 5-6 hours- and sometimes for a few hours during the day in the week days.
• I’m clean, quite and polite. I always respect the rules of other’s house.✌🏻 After all, your house is your castle.
• If it is possible that you can give a key, I prefer this.
When you send a message, please write which are my favorite bird and flower. I'm sorry I don't like to reply to messages that I understand you have sended without reading my profile.🏼♀️
I try to live my life according to the Turkish proverb —if everybody would clean the front of their own door; all the streets would be clean.
Be true to yourself and share the life.
And lastly I would like to say, “may the force be with you”, but not “live long and prosper”.

Music, Movies, and Books
I enjoy listening to many music genres, from indie minimal electronic music to classical music, from trip-hop to punk rock. It depends on my mood. :) BUT.... I am in love with jazz music and jazz music festivals. Mantras, pirate songs, Trecento musics and Celtic music accompany me most of my day. Sometimes I feel like a tree in the forest or an elf.

I am a big fan of Dostoyevski, Gogol and Tolstoy. (Yes, the big three!) My love for Russian literature is indescribable. Apart from these, three books that have an important place in my life:
