ABOUT ME

Even the age of my body is more older than average age of the people on couchsurfing, I am a young-minded human being. In 2011 I like to tavel in Turkey – arriving Istanbul airport always gives me a feeling of 'coming home'. One of my interests is that turkish national game 'tavla' – I claim myself to be a good player – not a gambler, but a fair opponent in a sport brain versus brain. I have learned to play modern tavla years ago as 'Backgammon' in Marbella-Spain first – later I discovered that traditional tavla is the root of this game. Because of this – I would like to bring 'Backgammon' as 'modern tavla' back to its roots. Playing tavla is not 'my life' – but it is something to get easy in touch with turkish people at first most of the time – please do understand it in that way.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

From May 2011 I will be on an open ended tour – that's why I cannot host someone on Frankfurt at this time. I know very well that human beings can only have a good time together in case giving and taking is in balance – that's why meeting people and have good time together is much more important as using your couch. I am easy going – can sleep even on the ground, do not need a babysitter.
