Overview
About Me
🧭 Explorer of stories, cultures, and campfires.
🕺 Host of epic Couchsurfing events in Istanbul.
Let’s turn a simple meetup into a memory. 🌍
A mind that loves questions more than answers.
By profession, I’m in IT. By passion, I’m into diving, dancing, long talks, and short poems.
I've hosted bonfire nights, spontaneous dance circles, and late-night story sessions under Istanbul’s skies.
I believe the best travel moments aren’t on maps—they're in unexpected smiles and half-burned marshmallows.
If you're into books, campfires, or just wandering with no plan... we’ll get along just fine.
Some people collect magnets. I collect memories.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Because hotels don’t offer real conversations, unexpected laughs, or that feeling of being part of something human.
Because I’ve seen how strangers can become friends in one night.
Because the best memories always start with:
“So I met this person on Couchsurfing…”
Interests
Music, laughing, traveling, festivals, camping, scuba diving, tech stuff, languages, dancing, museums, cultural exchange, deep conversations.
I also run a super fun chat & activity club—ask me about it!😄

Music, Movies, and Books
I listen to almost every genre—pop, rap, indie, world music—as long as it lifts the mood.
Favorites include Coldplay, The Weeknd, Dua Lipa, Stromae, Eminem, Billie Eilish, Post Malone, Ed Sheeran, and more.
I enjoy movies that feel real and leave an impact. Like The Secret Life of Walter Mitty, Into the Wild, Good Will Hunting, Her, The Intouchables, The Pianist.
As for books—I love deep stories and powerful minds: Dostoyevsky, Kafka, Tolkien, Coelho, Hesse, Murakami… Anything that makes you think or dream.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Turned strangers into friends around a campfire—with a guitar, some tea, and a lot of bad singing.
Teach, Learn, Share
I’d love to improve my English and learn more about your culture.
I can teach you about Turkish culture, Istanbul’s best hidden gems, Turkish language, traditional food, and more.
I’m also happy to share my cozy apartment in Taksim with good energy, local tips, and laughter.
What I Can Share with Hosts
A comfy bed, full kitchen, clean bathroom, fast WiFi, TV, Turkish breakfast or dinner, and local tours around Istanbul—sometimes by car, if I'm free.
Oh, and lots of insider tips and stories!
