About Me

"About me" does not seems so important as life is probably not about me.

I have been living egoistically in my all life and I still am in a large part, but now I would like to see my life as a journey to diminish my ego.

After all, we all will vanish one day and there is not so much point in being attached to your imaginary possessions including your very existence.

So, shall we just appreciate each moment of our life as well as the law of universe whether it has brought us favorable or unfavorable destinies so far?

Anyway, many people seem to want to know these, so I post them here as well.

Q. What do you do for work?
A. I work for an investment bank. You can go ahead and judge me.

Q. Why are you an ambassador?
A. I don't know. Probably because Tokyo didn't have so many active (esp. Japanese) hosts when I was asked to become one. Also, I probably appeared to have old-fashioned CS mentality.

Q. What do you do as an ambassador?
A. Nothing special. I just occasionally host people and try to enjoy life with other CSers.

Q. Where is your favorite place in Tokyo?
A. Except for Izu islands which technically belong to Tokyo, I like biking in Tokyo bay area (Toyosu-Odaiba).

Q. Which is your favorite restaurant in Tokyo?
A. Kishidaya (http://izakayasanpo.com/Kishidaya.html)

Give more than you expect in return.
You are 100% responsible for all your suffering.
More options do not mean more satisfaction.
More stuff may make you feel happier but only to some extent.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

By sharing all I can

Let's have the "References" speak.

Inspiration, challenges, new horizons, sharing and happiness (These are the primary reasons why I am on CS.)

Simple life with handmade / homemade / regional stuff rather than massproductions spread everywhere.

Biking, Cooking, Positive Psychology, Meditation, Good Movies, Good Books, Musicals, Camping, Islands, etc.

I've found that doing something that makes others happy is profoundly more enjoyable than self-serving activities.
