Overview
About Me
I was born in former Yugoslavia and first part of my life in such different country and different times definitely made me as I am now. As a teenager I witnessed war in Bosnia and after War in Kosovo. Full of memories, sometime I think it is good to live in interesting times, sometime I think it is course. After studies, I came to live in Belgrade. I worked a lot not very well paid jobs here. Now I work in IT security (more precisely as IT auditor). My parents are in Herzegovina. I travel very often in surrounding countries (and Serbian cities), so I can help and even join you on your travel. I drive blablacar. As all of you, I feel like I am 23 last 23 years :)
I am divorced father of two kids so families with kids are very welcome!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Great idea of free sharing and helping is even in our Serbian tradition!
There were Serbian folk believes that if you do not host unknown guest, you will be punished by saints which soul are actually in those visitors, so it is some kind of test of temptation. This kind of practice was called "konak" and there were always one separate room or bed for unknown travelers that suddenly appear.
Although I am pretty new in CS, I had only strictly positive experience. I never be guested by CS host but I plan to use CS as guest one day.
