Ride the elevator to the 86th floor of the Empire State Building for a staggering view of Manhattan in all its glory. Then head south to see the lights of Times Square and visit the 9/11 Memorial, where the former foundations of the Twin Towers have been converted to memorials to the victims and heroes of the September 11th terrorist attacks.
