I'm italian traveler based in Catania, Sicily.

An extrovert, down to earth, open minded and respectful guy who enjoy making new friends, have a good time and share valuable travel esperiences. I don’t mind what you do, as long as you treat others the way you wish to be treated.

I take life easy, like to hear new travel stories and get inspired by other travelers. I don’t judge other cultures, people’s lifestyle, sexual preferences, food, religion or else but I am definitely happier to connect with creative people and those who live life outside the box.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing because i think you can appreciate things differently when you share them and because to experience places like a local is ways cooler and a more meaningful experience than as a tourist.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- 2012 bungee jumping

- 2016 I traveled to SEA for my first time and never stopped to think about it until (*)

- 2017 started traveling alone which shapes in me a good travel sensibility, adapting skills and definitely grew my self-confidence.

- 2017 I bought a random fly ticket for 1€ with an extremely tight budget (100€ for the entire week) and was able to make it to Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany on a solo trip, having some of the best Couchsurfing experiences ever.

- 2017 Inspired by epic travelers in Belgium and Luxembourg , I went for a solo trip to Jordan to visit the stunning Petra, then crossed the border to Israel and went to Palestine to see with my own eyes what was going on. It made me think a lot.

- (*)2018 I QUIT MY JOB AND STUDY TO RETURN TO SOUTH EAST ASIA. It changed my life forever and if I do what I do now, If I am who I am today - It’s mainly because of that trip and the ispiration it provided me.
Bali became my first home away from home.

- End of 2018: I was broke but didn’t stop dreaming. I worked hard, saved money and bought my laptop and my first drone. I was about to start a new chapter of my life.

- In Summer 2019 had my first fully sponsored Van experience in the Dolomites then dropped off the van at the warehouse and backpacked trough the balkans.
Flew back to Italy after a month.

- 2020 the pandemic f*cked up my plans to be back in Indonesia so I traveled through Italy and the went on a 2 months island hopping in Greece.

- 2021 I moved to Lanzarote (Canary islands) looking for inspiring landscapes and less covid restrictions. I lived there for 5 months and found on it my happy & safe place in Europe where to live a slow life.

- 2022 celebrated my 30th bday in Seychelles, paradise on earth. My grandmo died the day after while I was oversea. It teached me that traveling a lot means also not being there when it matters. Life isn’t only about it.

- End of 2022: made it to Saudi solo (my ex gf left me the day before) for a 3 weeks trip around the whole country. I watched a WWE live event (Crown Jewel) for the first time. I dreamed this moment for a long time. I am a wrestling fan since I was a kid!

- June 2023 I was invited by Visit Maldives for a full paid trip to paradise. I was finally picking the fruits of my hard work! I learnt to free dive and ever since, I am no longer scared of sharks and marine life. I am fascinated!

- June 2023: just one day after my Maldives trip, I booked a one way ticket to Central Asia where I solo traveled through Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan & Azerbaijan. It was amazingly powerful!

- April 2024 I met one of the most amazing soul and since then I have been traveling back and forth within Italy & Spain. I learnt Spanish and discovered more about myself I did in 30 years.

- September & October 2024: Came back to Kazakhstan to document the world nomad games in Astana on my social medias and then went to another Greek islands hopping trip which was long due to happen!

In January 2025 I went for a 3 weeks road trip with my new gf through Tunisia. It was a very interesting journey!

In February 2025 made my first trip to Central America which destroyed in me all those stereotypes about this part of the world.

In March 2025 I came back to my beloved Bali to disconnect and realized my happiness & full mind health are only 20 hours flights away from home. I need it more than I thought.

In May 2025 I traveled through Malaysian Borneo where I saw crocodiles, tropical snakes and gorillas with my own eyes! The jungle book felt unlocked!

In July 2025 I went for a road trip from Catalunya to Andalucia, learning more of Spanish culture than in my whole life so far.

September 2025 I spent one month in Greece and Cyprus , experiencing pms of the crystal clear water in Europe.

October / November 2025: I spend 2 nights in on my way to Madeira where I spent almost 3 weeks lost in its wonderful landscapes and flew to London right after to begin the new Uk trip I am currently in.

What I Can Share with Hosts

When I'm not busy with my work I can show you the best spots of Catania. If you are into hikes then we can visit Etna, I can have my cheat meal with you on a weekday or I can invite you to play to to watch the Tuesday football match I join every week when I am back home with my buddies.
