Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones

I currenly live in a big house, so i san help people who need a hosts.
in the house are 3 available rooms, all with bed, there are enough bathroom too, kitchen, etc The only thing i cant offer is a living, cause i still have no couch. Basically is a complet house, on the suburbs, it´s a private secure zone; so feel confidence for asking a host.
The main "problem" could be i´m almost all the day out of home, because of my job, and i still dont know the city very well, im new here too. But if you need some help please ask for.
