HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Well I'm kinda in a place where I can't really host at the moment because I'm travelling, but I hope that one day when I'll settle down, I'll be able to host others as well :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I haven't hosted or surfed myself yet. But I've met some really decent couchsurfers and they seemed very nice.

Music: well, I like dramatic music with nice lyrics (think Amanda Palmer), actually I love many styles of music, be it metal, or folk music, or something with trembling guitars. Definitely, Pearl Jam.

Movies: I adore sci-fi and fantasy films. I'm a geek and a nerd, I guess. I like to watch films that are strange and creepy, crazy or old and good ones. Recently my three favourite movies have been Jodorowsky's "Holy Mountain" (1973), "L'Auberge Espagnole" (2002), and "Noviembre" (2003). And I would always be glad to re-watch "Into the Wild".

Books: H.Miller's "Tropic of Cancer", Henri Charrière's "Papillon", Kerouac's "Dharma Bums", Card's "Ender's Game", anything by Tolkien, Dawkins, Hitchens, Douglas Adams, S. King, etc.

Oh, and I love stand-up comedies. Especially anything by Dylan Moran, Eddie Izzard or Tim Minchin.

I saw Aurora Borealis twice last year and it was the most beautiful thing ever. period.
