ABOUT ME I'm kinda crazy and having my own style, but I'd say that that's what my friends like me for. I'm helpful, friendly and probably the person who laughs most on earth. I'm full of joy and adventurous. I like meeting new people and making new friends, but my old friends are also very important for me. While traveling I started realizing how much I love teaching. I teach swimming and diving (well at the moment I'm only a divemaster, but I want to do my Instructor very soon), I tought english in a tansanian day care and I teach swimming for babies starting at 3 month old, children and adults. I am about to finish my masters degree in biology and can't wait to travel again and go on new adventures this time with my 1 year old daughter. Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I love making friends and meeting new people and I think couchsurfing is the best way to experience new cultures ;) And of course to maybe meet some divers around the world and maybe do some dives together :D
Music, Movies, and Books
Music is my passion and I love every kind of it <3 I love comedy and nature movies and series. Since I have to read a lot of scientific papers for uni at the momenf I hardly get to read any books but Deep by James Nestor is one of my favs.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
Well I could tell you a lot about volunteering with great white sharks or flying in a South African Airforce helicopter, diving in the most beautiful dive spots in the world or traveling the world just by myself at only 18 years old but I think the most amazing thing is being able to show the beauty of the world to my daughter. Experiencing new cultures with her and how beautiful nature still is.
Teach, Learn, Share
I love cooking with other people ;) I like to learn new lanuages. At the moment I try to learn swahili, but I'd love to refresh my french (I studied french for 6 years when I was young, but because I didn't really continued studying I don't really know anything anymore and I'd also love to learn some spanish and japanese. Well and as a Divemaster I can take you on an Intro-Dive or if you are already a diver we can just dive together.

As i love to cook i can cook for us some evenings ;) I can teach you some german words and tell you something about the german culture ;)
My Interests
First of all: I love travelling, seeing new places and making new experiences. Then I also love diving (wether it's freediving or scuba diving), swimming or doing any sports in the sea. I also love making music...I play some instruments and I couldn't stay alive without making music...it's really important for me. And last but not least I love meeting my friends, having fun together and talking about the newest gossip.
