ABOUT ME

What can I say? My youngest daughter has recently gone off to university leaving me a single, empty nester. I've decided at this point in my life to make my dream of traveling around the world be it planes, trains, automobiles or just hoofing it.

I was living the past years in the province of PEI and before that Nova Scotia. I've also lived in Ontario previous to that.

I'm very new to this and am open to advice, experience, as well as couch offers on my journey.

I'm not sure how often I'll update this, but I'm currently in Mexico City.

I'm putting that I have no children just because they are a non presence in my Couchsurfing. I actually have 2 beautiful, brilliant (adult-ish) daughters that I'm very proud of.

Culture and all of it's various aspects. ;-)
Well that obviously also includes;

Eclectic in my tastes. Music from Bowie to omnia to nick cave to enigma to Johnny cash to classical and opera.

Books on nature, spirituality, as well as fiction such as Orwell, Huxley, Tolkien, Jordan, Vonnegut and much more.

I'm very respectful and would love to assist in any way I can; be it doing dishes or helping you move that piano! Lol. Basically, anything I can be of assistance with.
