"I advise to use extra fake wallet with empty card and some currency of uknown country with a lot of zeros but not valuable, put money in different places and better sometimes to avoid police as they can be corrupted. In case of problems you should try to keep being positive. I use paper in a local language saying that I am Russian, my name, I love hh because as it is the best way to know the country. But I never had troubles to really use this things because hitchhiking is very safe and just amazing! Happy travels, buddies! "
