Music, Movies, and Books

there are so many books.. virginia woolf, william faulkner (the sound and the fury, particularly), dostoevsky, gabriel garcia marquez, milan kundera, amy hempel.. most 19th century novels, and any book that has a unique narrative style..

i like most music that i hear.. live jazz makes me extra excited. bands/musicians that i really like - rusted root, dispatch, the beatles, keller williams, simon & garfunkel, xavier rudd, john scofield, martin medeski & wood, yann tiersen, regina spektor, boards of canada.. countless others.

as for movies, i like ones that make you think. and discuss. or simply feel good.
