ABOUT ME

let's see...i'm a californian living in paris (was five years in amsterdam before). love to travel, i'm working my way up to 100 countries (47 so far). love meeting other open-minded, travel-happy, down-to-earth people...i try to enjoy every moment, stay positive, laugh and have a good time (although mostly before midnight). i'm basically vegetarian and am a sometimes green-freak (as some might say :-). i love the outdoors and nature. also love animals and yoga.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

in my travels, some of the best times have been when I was staying with locals and I've been able to open my home as well. I think it's important for people to re-connect with each other, especially in a world where we spent more time behind the computer than in conversation. Life is in the good times we have and the memories we make, not the stuff we have or the job we do. So I try to spread a little cheer in the world by helping others.
