ABOUT ME

Goodhearted, social butterfly, love to play the host, a thrill and novelty seeker - I'll try anything once (or twice) ;) But also like to have quiet time, reading or going for walks.

Fluent in Spanish, English, French and Farsi. Currently learning some Russian. I've lived in many countries including Iran, Spain, Korea, Guatemala and Peru.

I have dual passions. One in public policy - analyzing and evaluating government and NGO policies and programs to ensure effectiveness and efficiency. The other is as an artist - predominantly as an actor but also as a contact dancer and beatboxer.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Just starting out. This is my first time doing some backpacking travel in almost 20 years and couchsurfing seems like a great compliment to that type of travel. I will be grateful to those who will be hosting me during my current Europe trip and promise to treat your place with the same respect I would my own. Looking forward to meeting some great people! <3

Current passions are going for walks, program evaluation, contact improvisation dancing and exploring the people that come my way as I travel through Europe. Other long-time passions include: Vipassana meditation, Bikram yoga, acting, beatboxing and basketball.

Other interest from the past include: scuba diving, playing guitar, piano and drums; environmental policy, latin dance, and electronic music (though this interest has dwindled some).

I have worked in government policymaking and would be happy to share my insight from that. Have also trained and worked in acting for the past seven years. I've also been a regular practitioner of Vipassana meditation and happy to share that.
