CURRENT MISSION
Decrease world suck! DFTBA!
ABOUT ME
I am: shy around strangers, always curious, buggingly inquiring, mostly friendly, with boundless humour, certified not funny, sometimes meanly sarcastic, living joyful, permanently analyzing, seldom annoyingly brooding, exceedingly helpful, described as "nice", a good listener, surprisingly understanding, too oftenly a smart-ass.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I joined to look for a place to crash that I didn't need eventually and I ended up to host only. Life.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
This is somehow surprising, but all people I met via CS were absolutely nice and cool and a lot of fun!
But we also tend to choose carefully who we host...
Interests
It ranges from silly jokes to ethics, from politics to movies, from sci-fi/fantasy to philosophy, from sociology to comic books.
I can loose myself in imaginary worlds very easily: I love going to the movies, reading fiction and playing pen&paper RPG. I also work in a US comic book store here in Berlin, so I sell drawn stories and dreams, for a living. I am lucky! Okay, so what, I am a geek. Nevertheless, I have a drop-dead-gorgeous girlfriend, so I am okay with that.
Ultimately, I am interested in people and their stories, however they are mediated to me.

Music, Movies, and Books
I like music (who doesn't?), but I am not interested in music, if you know what I mean... I mostly listen to rock/alternative or accoustic music (OST!).
I am a movie buff, so my favorite movies could fill several shelves, but I am a critic...
I have been tainted early on by sci-fi and fantasy, I grew up reading "the classics".
One of the best but mostly unknown books that I read and was overwhelmingly brilliant was "Windhaven" by George R. R. Martin. If you haven't, you should read it. He wrote more than this one epic (that isn't even finished).
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I moved a mountain once.
Teach, Learn, Share
Unnecessary, but extended knowledge of almost 30 years of movies, actors and directors and more than 20 years of X-Men chronology.
Whoever needs that. But it's great for jeopardy.
