ABOUT ME

Sorry, Couch is difficult as I am sharing the flat.
Half a year after moving to HK, I have sort of given up on cantonese. I can understand perhaps 65-85%, but speaking is a big problem. My life is pretty much similar to sigapore's -work, french class, tennis, salsa/bachata,gym...I would like to explore HK more. would like to add more outdoor activities like hiking and dragon boating onto my schedule...most importantly, go out and make more interesting new friends! Plan for 2014 - taipei for CNY, work and salsa fest in Feb, NYC in March and Japan for Easter week, Rome & southern France in July/Aug, Angkor Wat in Dec for the run! I have a Japanese flatmate and it is not convenient for me to host anyone at the moment but i'm up for coffee/dim sum/explore the city

It's been more than a year now since i started working. it's true that the corporate world always looks more impressive from the outside...always busy but still enjoy meeting interesting people.
still love sports. try to hit the gym when im too busy to go out. and weekly tennis with my colleagues is a must. will resume my tennis lessons next week with my old coach after 2 years ^^ I've stopped salsa for a few months by now, right after i bought the dancing shoes lol...
and of course, French ( still passionate about the language, the culture, the country and the people )i have french class every sat morning, although i still have difficulties speaking it haha..

I'm sharing a flat now with my friend so it's not possible for me to host, but i would love to meet up with you for coffee/show you around when i'm free.

I have just graduated from the National University
of Singapore.I grew up in Xi'an,China and went to secondary school in Singapore.I spent half a year on exchange at Stockholm School of Economics.

I love sports. Playing tennis,jogging,trekking, swimming...they make me feel fresh and alive! I'm also excited about new things, places, people, ideas, etc. I have done a little bit of many things...tried my hands on photography, journalism, chinese calligraphy, painting, piano,accordion,chinese musical instruments (er'hu, flute,roller/ice skating,skiing, sign language (forgotten), wind-surfing,fencing,reverse bungee,STATA (a boring statistical software)!!!...... the list goes on. well, i have failed to continue doing many of the things, but I hope i will never stop travelling!

I've been learning French (on&off) for about 2 years. I love the french language and culture. Would love to do a language exchange with anyone interested in mandarin.

I had fun playing Frisbee with the CS group in singapore. hope to make it my regular sunday afternoon event.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

back in 2009,my roommate in Stockholm started using CS first,andtogether we hosted a few couchsurfers ( 2brazillian guys, 1 taiwanese girl, 2 canadian guys, 1american girl and 1 polish girl)It's been a great experience to make new friends.I have also couchsurfed with my friends when I traveled to America, Paris, Prague and Amsterdam!I couchsurfed in NYC! an amazing experience. stayed under the same roof with 7 other CSers, had a good late night chat with my host Beefy!
