ABOUT ME

i love everything about cheeses. to breed animal, to milk, to produce it, to age it, to sell it, to taste it. i love gardening, vegetable makes me feel good. i growth in Rome where i lived for 20 years... i have experienced different kind of job after highschool and at 24 i decided to study Gastronomy because i really think that food relate humans from different countries in all their diversity and is a way to obtain freedom. without forget that we are what we eat! i joined slow food movement and obtained a degree in Gastronomic science in february 2008, now i am finishing the master degree course in Food Culture and Comunication.
i love to travel, and most a like reggae music but i listen avery kind of music. I have one brother that lives in London...(he is planning to move to argentina) and my parents are still in Rome.

PHILOSOPHY

i dunno how to explain it... but i really think THE DUDE is my Guru so if you have seen The Big Lebowsky ....that's my philosophy....

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

i love to share, it's much more easy than anything else.
i will be happy to host everyone in Italy...and in few years i am gonna have my own farm, so there will be much more room for people who wants to experience the country life.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

i surfed many different couches in NewHampshire and Vermont this summer randomly... than i did it in SF (california) and in Belgium, Holland and Germany!!! GReat people, great experience!!!
for two years i hosted trvellers from many country, and now it' s time for me to move. So probably i am going to visit all this new friends.
I CAN FINALLY SAY THAT THE MOST INTERESTING INVENTION ON 20th century AFTER THE MAGNETS IS THE COUCHSURFING!!!

the ghostbusters , the big lebowsky and batman are movies that i can see every day... i love to watch movies but in Italy all movies are dubed in Italian (that sucks). I play Didgeridoo, not very well, and i have never read an harry potter book (and i am not gonna see the movie!!)
OOP i saw all the harry potter movies !!! (3 or 4 years later...)

i have studied food culture and gastronomy mostly about italian and french culture, but i travelled a lot considering the development and the heritage of other countries like Australia, India, USA, and most of european contries food tradition.
