音乐、电影和书籍

Movies - I enjoy films that mess with your head and/or offer more than meets the eye. Some all-time favorites: The Fountain, Adaptation, Blade Runner, Memento, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. Also a huge fantasy fan - LOTR ftw! :)

Music - an active musician myself, I don't even know where to start. If it's good, it's good. Lately, I've been surprising myself with how much I'm starting to enjoy classical music. Post-rock, prog, djent...

Books - don't read as much as I used to (which was a lot!) But gimme China Mieville, Terry Pratchett or Peter Verhelst any time.

Volunteering as a music instructor with underprivileged children in Botswana - those kids rocked!

Flying over Victoria Falls in a helicopter wasn't too shabby either.

Teach: playing the bass and other instruments, traveling on a restricted budget, some of the languages I speak.

Learn: everything! And I mean it.
I have also recently taken up French and j'aimerais pratiquer mon français!
